Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any coding experience to join the Foundations Course?
No. The Foundations Course is designed for people who have never written Python before. The first modules cover the very basics and move at a pace that allows you to follow along without prior experience.
How long does each program take?
There are no fixed deadlines. Learners typically take around 8–12 weeks for the Foundations Course, 12–16 weeks for the Model Building Track, and 18–22 weeks for the Mentored Model Program — but these are rough averages and you set your own pace.
Can I move to a higher program after completing one?
Yes. The three programs are designed to connect. Completing the Foundations Course gives you a good base for the Model Building Track, and the Model Building Track prepares you well for the Mentored Model Program.
What does the pricing include?
Each price is a single, full payment. There are no recurring charges, no hidden extras, and no paid add-ons needed to complete the program. Everything described for that tier is included from the point of enrolment.
How does code review work?
After each module project, you submit your code and an instructor reviews it. You receive specific written feedback on what to improve. If you revise and resubmit, you get further notes. The goal is to improve the same piece of work rather than rush forward.
What is the refund policy?
If you contact us within 7 days of payment and have accessed less than 20% of the course content, we will review refund requests individually. After that window, or after significant access, refunds are not available. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How is my personal data handled?
